TAGLIOLINI AL LIMONE 
Make a recipe for homemade egg noodles. Make Lemon Sauce.

LEMON SAUCE:

5 tbsp. cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 c. heavy cream
Grated rind of 1 lemon
1 c. beef consomme
4 oz. cooked ham, cut into sm. bits
Grated Parmesan cheese

In a heavy saucepan heat oil, then add and saute garlic until softened, about 20 seconds. Add cream, grated lemon rind and finally beef consomme.

Simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add ham and a generous amount of Parmesan cheese. Continue to simmer to thicken and flavor.

Pour some of the sauce over the cooked pasta and toss well. Pour the rest of the sauce over, add more cheese if desired and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
