HONEY CARROTS | |
8 carrots 1/2 c. honey 8 fresh mint leaves, chopped fine Peel carrots. Cut in lengthwise strips. Cook until tender, not crisp. Drain. Add honey and mint leaves. Heat and serve. Serves 4. This makes a pretty side dish at Holidays. Also a way to help your children like carrots! |
