RICE BROCCOLI 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 package chopped broccoli
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small jar cheese whiz

Saute onion and celery. Cook rice and broccoli separately. Mix onion, celery and broccoli. Add soup and cheese. Place rice in casserole as lining for dish. Pour vegetable mixture over rice and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes before serving. Use a 2-1/2 quart casserole.
