EASY SHRIMP DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 to 2 tbsp. catsup
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) broken shrimp, drained, or 1 can (6 1/2 oz.) crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed

Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion and catsup in a small bowl on medium speed until fluffy. Beat in shrimp or crabmeat on low speed. Refrigerate.

Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Serve with snack crackers. Makes 2 cups.
