BROILED FISH 
Fish (white or halibut), 3/4 to 1-inch thick
2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. garlic, minced or crushed
4 tbsp. lemon juice

Line pan with foil or spray with Pam. Lay fish, meaty side up. Cover with sauce (yogurt, garlic and lemon). Broil 10 minutes, or until fish is flaky.

Same type sauce can be used over vegetables or salads.
