ALMOND JOY CAKE 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix with pudding

Mix as directed on package. Bake in two large greased oblong pans. Make THIN layers; cool.

FIRST TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
24 lg. marshmallows
14 oz. coconut

Bring sugar and milk to quick boil. Melt marshmallows in sugar and milk mixture. Put in coconut. Pour over both cakes.

SECOND TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Bring sugar, milk and butter to quick boil. Add chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Stir in nuts. Pour over first topping on both cakes. Cool thoroughly. Serve and enjoy!
