ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 c. thinly sliced unpared zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs

Mix in reverse order. Put into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
