3 egg whites
1 c. dates
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites, adding sugar. Spoon in dates and nuts and vanilla. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes in 325 degree oven or until light brown.
