WHOLE WHEAT BANANA NUT BREAD 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Puritan oil
1 egg
1 c. mashed ripe banana (about 2 med.)
1 tsp. vanilla
Vegetable cooking spray
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well and set aside.

Combine sugar and oil in a mixing bowl, beat at medium speed for 2 minutes or until blended. Add egg, beat until light. Add flour mixture and bananas. Stir in vanilla and chopped walnuts.

Pour batter into an 8x4x2 inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes. About 120 calories per 1/2 inch slice.
