ROTINI SALAD 
1/2 of a 1 lb. pkg. Creamette rotini, uncooked
1 c. each read and yellow bell peppers, julienne strips
1/2 sm. red onion, cut in wedges
1/4 lb. fresh snow peas
1/3 c. cashews
1/2 c. peanut oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash ground ginger

Prepare Creamette rotini as package directs. Drain. Add next 5 ingredients. In small bowl, blend oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Toss with rotini mixture. Chill. Garnish. Serves 4 to 6.
