MAURICE SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. white vinegar
2 hard cooked eggs, diced
1 med. onion, sliced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. salad oil
1 lg. sweet pickle, sliced

Blend above ingredients at high speed in blender until smooth.

Add: 1/2 tsp. chives 1/2 tsp. salt

Blend until mixed well. Chill dressing for at least one hour. Keeps 2 to 3 weeks in refrigerator.

SALAD INGREDIENTS:

1 med. head lettuce, shredded
3/4 c. Swiss cheese in strips
1 c. cooked ham in strips
1 c. chicken or turkey in strips
1 or 2 sm. sweet pickles in strips
6 ripe olives, sliced
