PECAN PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs, beaten well
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans or coconut or small can crushed pineapple

Mix sugar with melted butter, add eggs, mix well. Add 1 scant tablespoon of vinegar, mix well. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla, mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

PIE CRUST:

1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/4 c. milk

Pour milk into Wesson oil.

2 c. flour
1 scant (tsp.) salt

Mix flour and salt together. Pour oil and milk mixture over flour mixture. Mix well with a fork, until you can handle, knead well. press out into a circle on wax paper. Put paper over dough and roll the dough out flat.
