TACO SALAD TOSS 
1 med. head lettuce
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. pitted olives
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped green chili peppers (optional)
3/4 tsp. chili powder
2 med. tomatoes
1 1/2 c. tortilla chips

Chop or shred lettuce. Slice olives. Cut tomatoes into pieces. Shred cheese. Chop onion and green chili peppers finely. Mix all together. Top with avocado dressing.

AVOCADO DRESSING:

3/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. celery salt
Dash hot pepper
1 lg. avocado, peeled & pit removed

Mash avocado and add other ingredients; mix.
