SHRIMP SCAMPI 
3 lbs. jumbo shrimp
1/2 c. butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. minced parsley
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. white wine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Shell and clean shrimp. Melt butter with garlic in skillet. Saute shrimp 6 to 9 minutes until lightly brown. Remove from skillet. Add remaining ingredients to skillet and heat. Add shrimp mixture and heat 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
