FREDDY'S SCAMPI 
2 lbs. lg. shrimp
8 1/2 cloves garlic
4 tbsp. fresh parsley
2 tbsp. fresh dill
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. white wine
5 oz. extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 dash paprika

Heat olive oil. Combine all remaining ingredients with shrimp. Saute on high flame for 3-4 minutes. Stir rapidly and vigorously. Shake the pan. Re-stir for 3 more minutes until shrimp is tender and pink. Serve over a bed of linguine with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
