TURKEY - IN - A - SACK 
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. paprika
4 tsp. hot water
1 c. peanut oil
1 (14 to 16 lb.) turkey

Combine salt, pepper, paprika and hot water. Let stand 10 minutes. Wash and dry turkey. Add peanut oil to mixture. Rub turkey inside and out with mixture. Use remainder to close pores of large brown paper bag. Rub inside of bag until all of the sack is oiled. Place turkey in sack, breast side up. Close securely. Either staple shut or use safety pins. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes per pound. Cooks in it's own steam. Cool. Nut substitutes.

7 to 10 lb. - 30 minutes per lb.

10 to 15 lb. - 20 minutes per lb.

15 to 18 lb. - 18 minutes per lb.

18 to 20 lb. - 15 minutes per lb.

20 to 23 lb. - 13 minutes per lb.
