SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. diced onion
1/4 c. cider vinegar
Liquid sweetener to taste
4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
Garlic powder
Onion powder

Measure vinegar into measuring cup. Add onion and sweetener. Sauté chicken lightly on both sides in non-stick skillet sprayed with vegetable spray. Season with garlic powder and onion powder. Pour vinegar mixture over chicken, cover and cook 30-40 minutes, or until done.
