1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
6 c. Rice Chex, Corn or Crispix
2 c. powdered sugar

In double boiler melt chips, butter, and peanut butter. Pour over cereal and toss to cover. Coat with powdered sugar by shaking all in a paper bag.
