SHOESTRING SALAD 
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped cucumbers
1 1/2 c. salad dressing
1 c. diced turkey or chicken (leftovers or cooked)

Mix together and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, add 1 1/2 ounce can shoestring potatoes or chow mein noodles.
