CRUNCHY TUNA SALAD 
2 cans white chunk tuna, drained, blanched & flaked
1 c. thinly sliced celery
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
Lettuce

Combine first 7 ingredients, stirring well. Chill. Just before serving, stir in onions. 6 servings.
