CURRIED MACARONI SALAD | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas 2 med. celery stalks, sliced 1 (16 oz.) can sliced Kling peaches 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cooked ham, diced 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. milk 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1/2 tsp. salt Lettuce leaves Thirty minutes before serving: Prepare macaroni per label instructions, drain and return to pot. Meanwhile, prepare frozen peas, (let defrost). Add peas, celery, peaches and ham to macaroni. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, milk, curry and salt. Spoon mixture over macaroni, toss gently. Line platter with lettuce. Spoon macaroni onto lettuce. |
