HERBAL BAKED FISH 
4 fillets white fish
1/3 c. minced onions
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a baking pan. Rinse fish and pat dry. Arrange fish in pan. Sprinkle onions over fish. In a small bowl mix parsley, oregano, basil, seasoned salt and lemon pepper. Sprinkle 1/2 mixture over fish and onions. Add tomato sauce over fish, then sprinkle with remaining herbs. In a small bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and water. Pour over fish. Drizzle butter over all. Bake, uncovered 20 to 30 minutes or until flaky.
