V-8 JUICE 
5-6 qts. quartered, cooked tomatoes
1 lg. onion
2 stalks celery
2 sm. peppers

Boil about 1 hour and put through food mill and add 1 tablespoon salt and 1/4 cup sugar. Seal in jars and process 10 minutes in boiling water bath. Makes 3 quarts and 1 pint.
