GRAM'S CHOCOLATE FROSTING | |
Melt 2 squares unsweetened chocolate and 1 tablespoon butter. Pour into a small bowl which is set in a large bowl of ice cubes. Into small bowl, add 1 cup confectioners' sugar, 1 egg and 1/4 cup milk. Beat for approximately 10 minutes. Frosts 2 layer cakes or 2 dozen cupcakes. Refrigerate after cake is frosted. |
