RASPBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. (6 oz.) raspberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 can applesauce
1 pkg. frozen raspberries

Add boiling water to Jello and stir until dissolved. Add rest of ingredients. Chill before adding the topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream (may use Cool Whip instead)
1 pkg. cream cheese

Soften cream cheese and blend with sour cream or Cool Whip.
