STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 med. green peppers
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 can corned beef hash
Cheddar or Parmesan cheese

Cut tops off peppers. Clean out seeds. Steam for 5 minutes. Remove from water. Place in casserole and stuff with hash. Pour sauce over all and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until cheese is lightly browned on top.
