COCONUT CAKE 
Cake:

1 pkg. yellow cake mix (2 layer)
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 1/3 c. water
1 c. chopped pecans
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
2 c. Griffin's Coconut

Combine and bake at 350°F till done. Cool.

Icing:

2 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. Griffin's Vanilla
4 tsp. butter (soft)
2 c. Griffin's Coconut
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (soft)

Mix all together and spread on cooled cake.
