SHRIMP SALAD 
1 1/2 c. cleaned and cooked shrimp
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
1/2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. clear French dressing (Girads)
Salt and lemon juice to taste

Mix and refrigerate. Serve with bed of lettuce and tomatoes.
