16 oz. Mozzarella 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can olives, drained 4-5 sliced mushrooms 1 1/2 c. broccoli pieces 1/4 c. chopped onions 1 egg 1 tsp. dried basil 2 tsp. oregano 1 clove crushed garlic (or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder) 1 (10 oz.) size All Ready Pizza Crust (Pillsbury) 1 jar Pizza Quick or spaghetti sauce Saute or steam mushrooms, broccoli, onions together (drain) and cool. Combine Mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and egg and stir in vegetables and the basil, oregano, garlic. Spread out the pizza dough into even thickness and with a sharp knife, cut into 6 triangles (cut off each corner and cut the inner diamond in half). Spoon in a tightly packed 1/2 cup or so into center of each triangle and wrap with dough. |
