BAKED CORN 
2 1/2 c. grated corn (frozen or canned)
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place corn in 2 quart casserole. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and add to milk with the eggs. Pour over corn, dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 4 to 6.
