PANCAKE ROLL-UPS 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 can milk
1 c. chopped celery
1 lb. ground meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can cheddar cheese soup

Mix together thoroughly flour, salt, milk and eggs. Heat about 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter and spread around pan. Cook until done. Remove to cool. Makes 8 or 9. Brown ground meat and drain. Add mushroom soup, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Put small amount of mixture in each pancake and roll up. Put in 13"x9" pan and heat at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix cheddar cheese soup with half can of milk and heat up. Serve over roll-ups.
