BAKED CURRIED FRUIT 
1 #303 can peach halves
1 #2 can sliced pineapple
1 #303 can pear halves
5 maraschino red cherries with stems
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. light brown sugar
4 tsp. curry powder

Start heating, oven 325 degrees. meanwhile drain fruits, dry well on paper towels arrange in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Melt butter. Add brown sugar and curry spoon over fruit. Bake 1 hour uncovered. Can be done the day before and refrigerate. Before serving warm good with ham.
