3 tbsp. olive oil 3 tbsp. whole wheat flour 2 tbsp. powdered veg. broth or bouillon cubes 3 c. potato water or plain water In large skillet, heat oil. Whisk in flour and powdered vegetable broth. (If using bouillon cubes, add potato water first, then add cubes.) Add potato water or plain water, slowly, stirring with a whisk over medium heat, until gravy thickens to desired consistency. Yields: 3 cups. |
