CRANBERRY - NUT COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (opt.)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. Bisquick mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. water

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease square 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix brown sugar, walnuts, cinnamon. Combine baking mix, granulated sugar, egg and milk. Beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with nut and brown sugar mixture. Spoon cranberry sauce over top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. While warm, spread with confectioners' sugar icing.

ICING: Blend confectioners' sugar, vanilla and water to thin consistency and spread.
