CRANBERRY-NUT COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. white sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. whole cranberry sauce

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease square pan or 9 inch round pan.

Mix brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon. Combine Bisquick, white sugar, egg and milk. Beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Spread into pan. Sprinkle with nut mixture and spoon cranberry sauce over the top.

(In the round pan make a circle about an inch from the side; in the square pan make three separate lines.)

Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. While warm, spread with confectioners' sugar icing. 8-9 servings.
