COCONUT PIE 
1 lg. can Carnation milk
1 stick butter, melted
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 lb. frozen coconut
2 unbaked pie shells

Beat eggs and sugar, blending until smooth. Add milk and butter. Stir in coconut and pour into pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, approximately an hour.
