CHEESE CAKE 
Crust:

1 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. white sugar
6 tbsp. melted butter
1 2/3 tsp. cinnamon

Filling:

1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 c. white sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Topping:

1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. white sugar

Set oven to 375°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar together and pat in large cake pan.

Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes. Beat until smooth the cream cheese, eggs, 1 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into the baked crust and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.

Beat sour cream, then add 3 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Top pie with mixture and bake at 500°F for 5 minutes.
