RED, WHITE & BLUEBERRY DELIGHT | |
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c. sugar 6 tbsp. butter, melted 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated) 1/3 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate 2 (8 oz.) containers plain yogurt 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced (if you like strawberries, do not hesitate to add extra) 1 c. fresh blueberries (if you like blueberries, do not hesitate to add extra) Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press on bottom of 12"x7" dish. In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, ReaLemon juice, yogurt, marshmallows and nuts. Spread half the mixture over crust. Top with half the berries, remaining yogurt mixture, then remaining berries. Cover, freeze 6 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 1 hour before serving. Freeze leftovers. |
