SALMON LOAF 
1 (10 oz.) can salmon, drained
1 c. cooked rice
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. onions
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 oz. grated cheese

Combine all and bake in pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

WEIGHT WATCHERS: 4 servings: 3 proteins, 1/4 bread substitute
