1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
3/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream (whipped)
1 c. chopped or grated cucumbers

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add lemon juice. Chill partially. Add cucumber. Fold in cream. Pour in oiled mold 6 small or 1 ring mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce.
