WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice with herbs and seasonings
2 c. diced celery
1 onion, chopped and browned with 2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1/2 can milk
1 sm. can mushrooms
Water chestnuts (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and bake in a large shallow casserole at least 2 hours at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with Chinese Noodles or chopped cashew nuts or French onion rings on top 1/2 hour before taking out of oven. Serves 12.
