HAMBURG SCALLOP 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 c. vegetables, peas, corn or beans
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Potatoes

Cook and mash potatoes. Fry hamburger and chopped onion. Add 1/4 cup vegetable juice and cook 10 minutes.

In casserole place: hamburger, vegetables and pile the potatoes on top. Bake in hot oven until brown.
