RANCH STYLE DRESSING | |
1 c. each buttermilk & plain non fat yogurt 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 1 tbsp. each finely minced chives (or onion) & chopped fresh dill (or basil) leaves 1 tsp. celery salt (or to taste) 1/2 tsp. paprika Combine ingredients and blend with fork or wire whisk. Store in covered container in refrigerator (will keep for several days; check expiration date on dairy products). Makes 2 cups, under ten calories per tablespoon. Here's a healthy high-calcium no-fat dressing that's great on potato salad, macaroni salad, tossed green salads, even a baked potato. |
