1 pkg. marble fudge cake mix
2 lbs. ricotta cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour mix into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat together until smooth in large mixing bowl - ricotta, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour mixture over cake batter in pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Do not remove from pan.

FROSTING: Mix instant pudding and milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled cake.
