CHILI FOR HOT DOGS 
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. cracker meal
2 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube
2 tsp. tomato paste

Add ingredients after beef is browned. Simmer for 1/2 hour to 1 hour. Use cast iron skillet.
