TERRI'S POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour (plain)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter or lemon flavoring

Mix all ingredients for 2 minutes. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Pour icing on bread while it's still hot in pan. Cool. Freezes well. Slices well.

ICING:

1/2 c. orange or lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. each: Vanilla, butter or lemon flavoring, and almond extract
