TAMALE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
14 1/2 oz. can tomales
3/4 c. crushed tortilla chips
15 oz. can chili with beans
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a 2 quart casserole dish, combine cream corn, chili with beans, canned tamales, and 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake 15 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup crushed tortilla chips and 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake 10 minutes. Garnish with shredded lettuce and ripe olives.
