CINNAMON SNOWBALLS 
1 c. butter
3/4 c. 10X sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. quick or old fashioned oats
1 tbsp. vanilla
3/4 c. ground walnuts
3/4 c. ground pecans

Beat butter to cream it until light and fluffy. Sift together 3/4 cup 10X sugar, flour, salt and spices. Gradually add to butter, beating to blend well. Stir in oats. Blend in vanilla and nuts.

Shape dough in balls 1/2 inch in diameter. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Lift from cookie sheet and roll in 10X sugar while still hot. When cool, roll in 10X sugar again.
