GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
5 lbs. potatoes, peeled
1/4 to 1/2 lb. bacon, fried
Salt, pepper and celery seed to taste
1 onion, chopped fine

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
2 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Cook potatoes until tender. Cut into small pieces. Combine seasoning and onion and add.

Mix all of the dressing mixture with bacon grease. Cook until shiny. Pour over potatoes and seasoning. Serve hot.
