Chocolate chips
Mini marshmallows
Chopped nuts, if desired

Peel only one section of each banana leaving peel attached at the end. Cut out a wedge the length of the banana. Fill the hole with some of the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows and nuts. Fold the peel back up, wrap each banana in plastic wrap and place on a microwaveable plate.

Heat bananas at high power for 1-2 minutes, or until banana is soft and chocolate chips and marshmallows are melted. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve banana boats in the peel.
